Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Our flat rate shipping is though USPS. Delivery normally takes 1-5 days. Shipments can be delayed by Weather, Covid, OR Holidays  please be sure to include your CORRECT shipping information. Divine Charms Beads And More are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Once your package is shipped , Divine Charms Beads And More are not responsible for delivery issues. You will need to contact your local postal service.
